We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for most items in original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Return Process
How to return an item step by step

Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and open a support ticket including the order code. Sbmit any further information asked by support, if any.

Print Return Label
Once your return appeal is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (for US returns).

Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in the original packaging if possible, include the return form, and attach the shipping label.

Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend getting a drop-off receipt.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Amounts

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

What to do if your item arrives damaged
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately.
